The purpose of the sites "www.pervactive.com" and "m.pervactive.com" ("the Sites" in short) is to provide users (either other companies or private users) with information about the videogame Football Stars Online made by Pervactive S.r.l., its features, its developers, and the registration module for beta-testing the game.

1. USE OF THE SITES

By using the Sites you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Any right on contents (as an example one may say texts, images, brands, features, badges, audio and video files, Site's architecture) it's reserved, according to the Italian law.

IContents of web pages cannot be copied, reproduced, transferred, loaded, published or distributed in any way, neither totally nor partially, without the previous written consent of Pervactive S.r.l., with the exception of the possibility to reproduce and communicate them, or to store them on your own computer or to print web pages excerpts from these Sites only for personal use, pursuant to and in accordance with Article 65 and following of the Italian Law 22 April 1941, n. 633.

"Pervactive" is a trademark. "PervaTech Engine", "Pervasive MMORPG" and "Football Stars Online" are copyrighted brands in escrow with SIAE. Trademarks and brands which appear on these Sites are property of Pervactive S.r.l., which can take any legal action against initiatives from third parties intended to use in any way identical or similar trademarks and brands which can be mixed up with our trademarks and brands. The web site, images and texts are subject to © Copyright for their respective owners (all rights reserved).

It is forbidden any reproduction of trademarks, of copyrighted sentences, of images and any other communication medium, without the explicit authorization of Pervactive S.r.l. after an explicit negotiation about it.

The names "Pervactive", "PervaTech Engine", "Pervasive MMORPG" or "Football Stars Online", in any way associated to the name and trademark of Pervactive S.r.l., either partially or totally, cannot be used as an internet address of other web sites, neither as a part of an internet address.

Those names cannot be included within html code (or different programming languages) of other web sites: its use within "meta-tags" of third parties' sites it's forbidden.

Any third parties' link to these Sites mustn't cause the detriment of the image and activity of Pervactive S.r.l.

Failing these terms and conditions, without any explicit written authorization of Pervactive S.r.l., will result in legal in the competent Civil and Crown Courts.

3. DISCLAIMER

Texts, informations, and any other published or accessible data and information throughout these Sites are meant only for the purpose of informing visitors and they are not official communications, with the exception of the data and the information published according to laws and regulations in force in Italy.

Pervactive S.r.l. disclaims any liability and responsibility for third parties' services linked by these Sites, and for any other third parties' content or information linked by these Sites, which violates the law.

Pervactive S.r.l. disclaims any liability and responsibility for damages caused to third parties by erroneous, pernicious and/or unauthorized usage of these Sites' contents and for possible infections by any computer virus got by visitors of these Sites.

4. LAW AND JURISDICTION

The application of terms and conditions is regulated by the Italian law and the Court of Rome is chosen as the sole jurisdiction for any dispute.
